😶🌫️ My name is Gena, I am 24 years and most of my time I dedicate to work/business and hobbies. I am Georgian by origin, but I was born and raised in Russia, Chelyabinsk, where I spent most of my life. I moved to Tbilisi almost 7 months ago, as it was one of my goals to reach before getting 30, and seems like I have accomplished it.
👨🏻🎓 I finished uni 4 years ago and got my bachelor's degree in Financial Technologies, but switched my career path to digital and IT. Chelyabinsk is not a tech or digital hub in Russia, so it was not that easy to find a place with interesting projects and a friendly environment, where I can get some solid experience. Most of my peers moved to some other countries and cities across the globe, which could offer them brighter future, meanwhile, I was stuck in my hood. Luckily, I had a chance to meet some innovative and broad-minded people in my 20`s, so they helped to shape my vision of how I want to live and manifested idea, that anything is achievable if you believe in it and put time and effort into building yourself, as a professional and as a man.
💼 For these 7 years, I have worked in call centers, digital agencies, startups and event management. Today I am running a growth agency, which works with different online businesses and helps them to become data-driven and skyrocket their revenue. I adore my company, even though there were some hard times and it is not that easy to run an agency right now, during the recession, but nice people, that are on our team and happy clients, who are working with us, really make each day full of smiles and positive energy.
🐲 In my free time, I mostly read books, watch anime or Youtube, listen to house music and hip hop, go for a walk, meet with my friends and hike a bit. I also wanted to add, that I am lifting weights and going to the gym constantly, but it is not true at this moment , so this is something to work on. Although, I have some background in martial arts in the past, currently I turned to outdoor activities and last 2 years I prefer going out, exploring wild places, and just walking for hours and hours, feeling completely free and tuned in to our mother nature.
